REFUNDS POLICY

At DISCOVERING HARMONY, LLC we proudly offer a 30-Day Return/Exchange Guarantee. If you're dissatisfied with a product, please contact us at letstalk@vivoharmony.com for a refund/exchange. We'll process your credit card refund within 30 days of receiving your return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and for orders eligible for Free Shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from the return. 


Refunds for Opened Items:

At DISCOVERING HARMONY, LLC we are fully dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Our goal is to create top-quality oral care products. As our products fall under personal care, we regretfully cannot provide refunds for items that have been opened and used.

We've noticed that the majority of our customers are highly satisfied with both the quality of our products and the results they achieve. We are confident that we can help you find a product that better suits your needs. Please feel free to reach out to us for personalized recommendations.

Refunds for Unopened Items:

For unopened items, we offer a full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. Prior to placing an order, please take a moment to carefully review all ingredients. While we are attentive to your sensitivities, it is ultimately your responsibility.

Before returning any merchandise, please ensure you have received a "Return Authorization'' number and confirmation via email. You can request this number by contacting us at letstalk@vivoharmony.com. If you opt to use a prepaid return label provided by DISCOVERING HARMONY, LLC. Once we receive your return, we will notify you via email. If your return meets the criteria, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. This policy exclusively applies to unopened items, as opened items are only eligible for exchange, not a full refund.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

Damaged Items:

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage during shipment. While it is normal for the shipping carton to display some wear, if damage has occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact us promptly. Provide your order number, along with your email address and phone number for swift assistance. To ensure a timely resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials, and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund or replace packages marked as "delivered" according to the parcel carrier's tracking system. In the event of a package marked as delivered but not received, the customer must initiate a claim with the parcel carrier.
